Each team member brings a unique set of skills and experiences, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of the nanosatellite and space mission industry.
Dr. Ifriky TADADJEU is the visionary founder and CEO of Nanosatellite Missions Design Ltd (NMD). His leadership is centred around the development and implementation of space technology solutions in Central Africa. With a focus on nanosatellites, Dr. TADADJEU is driving the company’s mission to increase regional space autonomy and contribute to advancements in satellite-enabled technologies such as Earth Observation data and IoT coverage. His efforts are aimed at empowering local industries, governments, and communities with cutting-edge space technologies and services.
Karol Konarski, a graduate Power Systems Engineer from the prestigious Faculty of Engineering and Technology at the University of Buea, is a dynamic leader in the tech space. With over three years of impactful experience, he has made significant contributions to the global STEM ecosystem, specialising in Robotics, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence. Karol thrives in diverse, international collaborations, driving innovation and fostering cutting-edge solutions that transform industries.
Lambout Lemano Isnardon Lewis has been awarded an MBA in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Monetary and Banking Economics. With over five years of experience accumulated as a Business Partner at the leading life insurance company in Cameroon, expertise in management and commercial strategy has been developed. Currently, the role of Commercial Director at Nanosatellite Missions Design Ltd. is held, where innovative and strategic initiatives are actively driven to contribute to the company’s ongoing success and growth.
Stephanie MALELE NONO is a 36-year-old professional from Cameroon, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences and Techniques. With 12 years of expertise in accounting and finance, she has developed her career in various roles, starting in an accounting and financial consultancy firm. She is currently serving as an accountant at Nanosatellite Missions Design Ltd on a fixed-term contract. She is recognized for being rigorous, methodical, and determined, with a sociable yet discreet personality.
ZOMPI NGUEFACK ALISIA is a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing and has been working as a Community Manager at Nanosatellite Missions Design Ltd (NMD). In her role, she is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s online presence, creating engaging content for various social media platforms, and ensuring the visibility of NMD’s satellite data services. She actively interacts with the online community, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive relationship with followers. Alisia also develops strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and retain customers while continuously monitoring performance to refine and optimise results.
Winnie KAMDEM has been serving as the personal assistant to the CEO of Nanosatellite Missions Design Ltd (NMD) for almost one year. While she holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, her role at NMD reflects her passion for contributing to the groundbreaking vision the company represents. Inspired by the innovative and courageous spirit of NMD, which brings new opportunities to Cameroon, Winnie is honored to be part of this pioneering journey and play her role in supporting the company’s growth and impact.
