Benchmarks

How our tools compare with the state of the art

For each area, in the same order: the state of the art, our result, the difference, whether the difference matters, and what we are working on. Radiation dose, ion stopping and transport, 3D shielding, orbit simulation, mission analysis and the concurrent design process are compared with published results and with the tools of SRIM, SPENVIS, NASA and CNES. The data can be downloaded, and the radiation tool can be used for comparisons of your own.
