  1. Read the openings

The Careers page lists the open posts: permanent, fixed term, internships and service provision. Open one to read the full announcement. It shows the last day to apply in Douala time.

    Open the page
  2. Apply

You need an account to apply. Fill in your file (identity, studies, family, emergency contact) and send the documents that are asked. Your application is not sent until you finish it, and My applications shows Continue it if you stopped halfway.

This page needs a free account.

  3. Follow each application

My applications shows where each application stands. All times are in Douala time. HR may ask you to send a document again.

  4. Come to the punctuality call

For internships, HR may fix a call. The room opens 10 minutes before the start, on the page of the call. Press Join the call. If you were late, the page asks Why were you late? Write your explanation and press Send my explanation. HR reads it and decides.

  5. Interviews

When an interview is fixed you are told the date and hour. On the page of the interview press Join the interview at the time.

  6. Answer the offer

If you are chosen, My applications says You have an offer. Read the terms, then press I accept or I decline. An offer expires after its date, and you then write to HR.

  7. After you accepted

Your contract reaches you to sign, and your file asks for a few papers. When HR completes the hiring, your staff file is made from your candidate file.

Good to know
  • If you are not retained, HR can tell you the reason. It is written to you, not shown to others.
