HR: contracts, payroll and organisation details
For HR and administrators: enter the organisation details, prepare and sign contracts, and set up payroll rules with their sources.
Enter the organisation details first
Open Organisation and enter the legal name, address, trade register and taxpayer numbers and who signs for the organisation. Every contract, attestation and payslip prints these. Nothing is filled in for you, so the documents are never wrong by default. Only HR and administrators can change them.

Prepare a contract
Open Contracts and press New contract. Choose the person and the kind of contract. The text is built from the model and the person’s file and checked against the Labour Code limits. Gaps stay highlighted until filled. To renew a fixed term contract use Renew a fixed term contract.
Sign for the organisation and send
Draw your signature. It is placed on the contract with the time, and after this the text can no longer be changed. Then send the person a personal link to read and sign on their phone.
Watch the dates
Contracts about to end, trial periods about to close and fixed term contracts nearing the two year limit are flagged on the Contracts page. A signed contract is ended, not cancelled: use End the contract with the last day and a reason, then issue the work certificate from the person’s documents.
Review the payroll rules
Payroll rates are listed with the place each was read. Check them with your accountant and mark each one as reviewed. A rule marked not yet reviewed, or an incomplete one, blocks the run. Only when the table is complete and you confirm it can a pay run be validated and payslips reach staff. A validated run cannot be changed.

Run payroll for a month
Choose a month and prepare the run. The list of things to fix before it can be validated is shown on the page. You can export the run as a CSV.
- The platform never issues a payslip from an unreviewed rule.
- Leave is counted at a day and a half per full month, without Sundays.
