My day: the people to talk to today
Every day each member of staff talks to people. My day lists them with a message ready, and the new profiles the outreach agent found for you.
Open My day
Open the CRM, then the Today tab, first thing in the morning. It has two lists: the people who gave a WhatsApp number, and the new profiles the agent found for you on the public web.

Write to a WhatsApp contact
Each person shows Where it stands and the Aim of this message. Press Write the message and the assistant reads the conversation and writes it for you. Press Message on WhatsApp to open WhatsApp with the text, send it from your phone, then press I sent it from WhatsApp myself if you wrote it by hand.
Put off or skip
Not today? Press Put off and choose a week or a month, or Skip today. The person comes back when the time is up. Nobody is lost.
Take a new profile
Each profile says Why this person and where it was Found on. Press Write the email, Message on WhatsApp or Call, depending on what the person’s own page offers, and copy the message with Copy the message. Never use a channel the person did not publish.
Say what happened
After you wrote, press I sent it. Later the person moves to Contacted, waiting for an answer, and then to They answered. If the person does not fit, press Not for us and choose the reason: does not fit NMD, too junior, wrong country, already in our list, or other. If the person asks to be left alone, say so and nobody writes to them again.
Find people on LinkedIn yourself
Under Find people on LinkedIn yourself, run the suggested searches in your own LinkedIn. When you find someone, paste the address of the profile and the text you copied from it, press Read it, check the fields, and press Add to my profiles. The platform never connects to LinkedIn for you. Stop for the day when the page says so, because LinkedIn restricts accounts that send too much.
- Talk to at least one person before you do anything else. It takes two minutes.
- When the list is done the page says Everybody on your list was talked to today. Well done.
- A person is followed by one of us for good. Nobody else writes to them.
