Following people on WhatsApp, and hand overs
Add the numbers of people who agreed to hear from us, follow where each stands from the CRM, and hand a person over cleanly.
Add numbers
In the CRM open Tools, then Add people from WhatsApp numbers, and paste the numbers, one per line, with a name if you have it, for example Jean Dupont, 691 34 10 13. Only add people who gave you their number and agreed to receive the link on WhatsApp. Each one becomes a person of the CRM that you follow.

Follow a person you already have
On the page of any person with a WhatsApp number, tick that they agreed to receive the link and press Follow on WhatsApp. They go on your daily list, with a message ready.
Everybody is in the CRM
Everyone sees all the people so that nobody writes twice. Use the Mine switch to see yours. Only the person who follows someone, an administrator or a sales officer can message them or change their page.
Keep the stage up to date
Change the stage of a person with the menu under their name. Registered and Stopped are set by the platform when the person creates an account or asks not to be written to. Write a note to remember what was said: the assistant reads the notes to write the next message.
Hand a person over
If you cannot keep following someone, open their page and press Hand over, choose a colleague, say why and what the colleague should know (for example prefers voice messages), and press Propose the hand over. The person stays with you until your colleague accepts.
What the person is told
The person is never surprised. You introduce the colleague first: press Open WhatsApp, send the short introduction, then press I told them. If it is the same NMD number, press No introduction needed. The new owner reads the whole conversation, writes a few hours later and never at night. The person may say they prefer you: the new owner then gives them back.
For administrators and sales officers
Reassign now gives a person to a colleague at once, with no proposal. In the list, tick several people and press Reassign to give them together. People who register are given automatically to the colleague who follows the fewest people.
- One person, one owner, for good. Several of us writing to the same person looks uncoordinated.
- Nobody passes a person around. A person can be handed over once in a while, with a reason.
