Pricing: the rate card and the percentages

The accountant keeps the figures every proposal is built from: a day of a trainer, a night in a hotel, a flight. Each says where it comes from and whether it was reviewed.

  1. Open Pricing

Pricing is in the menu for the accountant and the administrators. At the top, it counts the lines that have no figure and the figures that nobody reviewed.

This page needs a free account.

    Open the page
  2. Type the figures

Some lines start with a figure and its source (for example a hotel in Douala, taken from booking sites). Others have no figure because none could be found: type what NMD pays or charges. Press Source and more to see where a figure comes from and to correct it.

  3. Review each figure

Check the source, then press Reviewed. A figure that you change is not reviewed any more. A proposal cannot be sent while it uses a figure that is not reviewed.

  4. Set the percentages

Running costs, contingency, margin, VAT, the amount a client keeps back for the tax office, the deposit, the validity and the euro rate. The values given at the start are only starting points. An administrator ticks that the percentages were reviewed.

Good to know
  • Proposals already sent keep the figures they were made with. Changing the rate card changes only the next ones.
