  1. Open Moderation

Press Moderation on the Community page. Each open report shows the text and what the person said was wrong with it. When nothing is waiting you read No open report.

This page needs a free account.

    Open the page
  2. Decide on a report

Press Remove the text to take it off, Keep it to close the report, or Mute the author for 7 days. A removed text can be brought back with Put it back. Muted people are listed with Unmute.

  3. Create a room

Give the room a name, an address (letters, digits and dashes) and a description. Choose Who reads and Who writes: everybody who is signed in, certified members only, people preparing the certification, or the NMD team only. Then press Create the room.

  4. Tie a room to a WhatsApp group

In the room settings choose a WhatsApp group among the groups followed by a linked number. Tick Listen to the group so that moderators see its messages, and Announce new topics in the group to post each new topic there. Send a test message checks the link. If the number is not connected, link it first on the WhatsApp page.

  5. Make a topic from the group

A good question asked in the group can become a topic. Press Make a topic next to the message, rewrite it for the forum and remove names and numbers, choose A question or A discussion, then Publish.

Good to know
  • Rewrite before you publish. A message copied from a group may carry a name or a phone number.
