Groups: write to everybody in a status at once

Send an email, a notice or a call list to all the members, all who registered, all the staff, all the applicants, a stage of the prospects or a tag.

  1. Choose the group

Open Groups in the CRM and choose who: the members, the people who registered and are not members yet, the staff, the applicants, the prospects at a stage, the people with a tag, or the people you follow. It says how many are in the group, how many can receive it this way, and who asked not to be written to (they are never in a group). Press See who, and leave some out to take people out.

  2. Choose how

An email goes out from your own mailbox, one by one, and is kept on the page of each person. A notice appears at once on the platform for the people who have an account. A call list makes no message: it puts one call on the list of the person you choose, for each person of the group.

  3. Write it

Write {first_name} where the first name goes, and {name} for the full name. Each email ends with a short line that says why the person receives it and how to stop: they answer STOP, and you put them at the stage Asked not to be written to.

  4. Follow it

Below, What was sent shows each group with how many went out, and for each person whether it went. You can stop a group of emails that is not finished. The limits: 500 people at most in a group, and the daily limit of your mailbox, which an administrator sets in Settings. Staff and applicants can be written to only by the people who manage them.

  • To call all your members yourself, choose All the members, then A call list, and give the calls to yourself.
