A person’s page: everything with them in one place
Open anyone and see the last conversation, the next action (what, when, who), their emails with the files, their documents, meetings and proposals. Write to them with files from the same page.
Read the top of the page
Two boxes sit under the name. Last conversation says what the last email, call, message or meeting was, when, and who had it. Next action says what is to be done next, by when, and by whom. If nothing is planned, it says so: add the next step in Next.
This page needs a free account.
Write with files
Press Write an email, then Attach files (up to eight, 15 MB each). You can also attach a file that is already in the profile. The email goes out from your own address, and the files stay in the profile with it. Programs and scripts are refused.
Receive what they write
In My email, under Receiving, give the IMAP server (for Hostinger: imap.hostinger.com), tick the box, save, and press Test receiving. Every few minutes the platform then copies to the page of a person or an organisation the messages you exchanged with them, with their files. It never reads the rest of your mailbox, and changes nothing in it. Press Answer under a received email to reply.
Keep documents
In Files on the right, press Add files to keep a contract, a programme or a photo with the person. Each file is a download and is never opened by the browser. Files that arrive with an email are kept there too.
Staff and applicants
People who manage staff and applicants can press Open in the CRM on the page of a member of staff or of an applicant. The same page then holds their notes, calls, meetings, files and next steps. These pages are for them only, and the mail of staff is not copied into them.
- Wherever you see the name of a person of the platform (users, payments, certification, leave, contracts, meetings, the community), click it to open their profile in the CRM. Only the team sees these links.
- Only messages with people who are already in the CRM are copied. Newsletters and mail from machines are left out.
